MVP.TV Terms of Use

By using or subscribing to the MVP.TV service (the “Service”) you (“you”, “your”, “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions

MVP.TV, “we”, “us”, “our”: the company that provides the Service, including films, web-series, educational courses, creator collaborations, and related features.
Service: the online platform, website, mobile app, streaming service and any associated content, live events, downloads, and courses offered through MVP.TV.
Membership / Subscriber: a user who has registered an account with MVP.TV and pays (if applicable) for access to the Service.
Creator Content: material uploaded, published or provided by creators or partners through the Service (films, series, courses, live sessions).
Viewer Content: content consumed by users (films, web series, courses) but not uploaded by them.

2. Membership, Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

To access the Service you must register for an account, provide a valid payment method where applicable, and comply with these Terms.
Membership continues until cancelled. Unless you cancel prior to your billing date, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the next billing cycle.
We may offer different subscription plans (e.g., monthly, annual, creator-access, etc.). We may change plan pricing or features at our discretion; price changes will apply no earlier than [e.g. 30 days] after notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you’ll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise stated).
Refunds or credits for partial unused periods are generally not provided unless required by law or at our sole discretion.

3. Use of the Service

The Service and all content accessed through it is for your personal, non-commercial use only (unless you have explicit separate terms for creator usage).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service and view content through your account only.
You agree not to share your account credentials, enable the Service for more simultaneous devices than your subscription plan allows, or allow others outside your household (or permitted circle) to access the Service via your account.
The availability of content, formats (HD/4K), and devices may vary by plan, by geography and may change over time.
You must be of legal age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register for a paid plan. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Creator Content & Uploads

If you are a creator using the Service to publish content (films, courses, series) you must comply with additional Creator Terms (if applicable) and ensure that you have all necessary rights (copyright, clearances, licenses) to upload and publish the content.
You grant MVP.TV a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, display, stream, reproduce, distribute, and promote your Creator Content in connection with the Service.
You agree not to upload creator content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates any rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any Creator Content at our discretion, including for legal, regulatory, or policy reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (films, web-series, courses, logos, branding, software, documentation) is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited licence granted to you in Section 3, no right, title or interest is transferred to you, and you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, make derivative works, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.
If you believe your content is being used without permission on the Service, you may contact us as outlined in our Copyright Policy [link].

6. Account Access & Security

The account owner (the person whose payment method is charged) is responsible for all activity on the account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account if we believe there is fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.

7. Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and your viewing experience may be affected by device, internet connection, location or other factors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP.TV (and its affiliates, employees, licensors) disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this may not apply to you.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings.
We may modify or terminate the Service (or your access to it) at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, but Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and other surviving provisions remain in effect.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or in-service notice). Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may reject the changes by cancelling your subscription if you do not agree.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
